About Me

Hi there, I'm Jamie!

I work with adults (18+) who want to better manage their emotions, navigate life transitions, and build self-esteem. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills that not only reduce distress but also help you feel more in control of your life.

You can expect a safe, supportive space to talk about what’s weighing on you. We’ll then curate a toolbox of coping skills you can use between sessions so you can start seeing real change. These tools come from evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)....meet my bread and butter.

I’m deeply passionate about this work because I use these same skills in my own life every single day. I know firsthand how transformative it can be to invest in your mental health, and I want you to have that same “Wow, I can’t believe how far I’ve come” moment. You deserve to feel more confident, capable, and at peace—and I’m here to help you get there.
